How Much Did You Laugh Today?

There are many ways people define success. To each person success means a different thing. For me sometimes the simplest thing to do at the end of the day is to look at how I spent my day and how much fun I had.

Having fun and laughing is something that really makes me feel good. It also makes everyone around me feel good. When we are laughing we make our challenges a little easier. Everyone faces some challenge or the other, but once we start laughing and cracking jokes, the challenges become less scary. They become easier to handle.

I know every now and then, we get so caught up in things that we forget to laugh. But, it really is very simple to laugh. It really is very simple to connect with our true nature, which is always in a state of bliss. In order to laugh, all you need to do is start laughing, at first it seems odd, but then suddenly a moment comes when you burst out laughing.

No matter, who I am with, I always make sure we are laughing.

I know many times people are divided over issues like politics, religion, language and ideology. I prefer rising above all issues that divide people and humanity, and instead why not share things that unite us like love, peace, fun and laughter.

I do hope you have been laughing a lot and having fun!

(In case you haven't, which I think is unlikely since you are a fellow happionaire - here are a few things you can try:

1. Play a prank on someone. It could be anyone! I know it takes time to think up of pranks - but that's the fun part. And then tell me what prank you played. I love playing pranks!

2. Just start laughing - it will seem fake at first, but keep trying, you will eventually burst out laughing for real and make people around you laugh!

3. Play with a little baby - Gauri, my wife and me, now have a little 5 month old son -Samarvir, it's so much fun playing and laughing with a small baby!

4. Stop reading this and go and spend time with your family, friends and loved ones - I'm sure you will have lots of laughs!)

Lots of smiles and love,

Yogesh Chabria
